Lost My Verification Badge After Account Recovery – Need Help Getting It Back

Hello,

I recently recovered my Roblox account (awkro) after temporarily losing access because of 2FA issues. After re-enabling my authenticator and confirming that both my username and display name are exactly the same as when I originally received my blue verification badge, the badge is now gone.

I’ve contacted Roblox Support multiple times, but the support team seems to have no idea what I’m asking. They keep sending me links on how to get verified, even though I already had the badge before my account recovery.

According to the official Verified Badge FAQ, users who lost their badge for non-policy reasons can contact support to request a re-grant — but there’s no clear option or category on the support site to actually do that.

Can someone from @RobloxStaff or @DevRel please explain how I can get my badge reinstated or point me to the correct process?

I still need help with this, I haven’t received any response or guidance yet. My account is verified and fully secured, but my verification badge still hasn’t been restored. Can someone from @RobloxStaff or @DevRel please take a look or let me know the correct next step?

Your only way is to get it reinstated through support. You need to get an agent that knows what you’re asking for.
I’ve had a friend get it restored through support.
He made a ticket and then got a response saying that his ticket was forwarded for further review and to wait 24 hours for a response (lie). After about 20 days or so, they finally replied and restored his badge.
