Recently lost rooms, the game I worked on with the main developers had been moderated to 17+ and every attempt to fix it result in no success. We contacted customer support with no help or assistance on trying to fix it. The false forced 17+ rating was not only forced on to us but basically killed the game and no one in the community can play it.
The same thing happened to slenderman’s revenge, both games are not 17+ games but forcefully got it and got killed because of it.
We would like to please ask for assistance on this matter.
Expected behavior
I would like to see the games get properly rated correctly instead of the forced 17+ that the games have to deal with.
Man, I love this game, and I hate to see this happen to it. The only thing I can think that would put the game at 17+ is custom maps or that one ink lady.
I’m pretty sure custom content can up the review.
Then the ink lady (idk her name) is decently revealing.
Yeah, I’m aware of this, I’m just wondering because it would be funny if they didn’t contain blood at all and definitely justify this being called a bug
If Roblox really cared about this they’d just ban the game entirely, this is probably a slip up relating to blood detection, like what was happening to UGC’s that contained blood a while ago?
Same, it sucks that this happened also true, I have seen games with a lot of blood even gore that not 17+, I’m not trying to throw shade at them but I don’t understand why this game got the 17+
Hello, moderation should never set the rating of your experience to Restricted. Are you sure someone with edit access didn’t just take the questionnaire on your behalf and get it labelled Restricted?
I don’t think this overwrites the minimum age for the set content maturity. So even if it’s set to all ages it still shows up as 17+/18+ due to the content within the game
