I recently got the verified badge after waiting a month, but as soon as I did, I started getting messages from Roblox every day telling me to “Make sure 2FA is enabled!” It got extremely annoying, so I disabled my authentication and enabled it, thinking it could have been a bug on Roblox’s side.
Turns out, when I did that, I didn’t realise it would remove my verified checkmark. I read through the FAQ on the requirements for the verification badge, and it clearly states that contacting Roblox support to get your verification checkmark back would work if you didn’t lose it by breaking the TOS.
So I contacted support and waited 2 days for a response, and got a message from a bot saying “Thanks for letting us know that you lost your verification checkmark!” and literally nothing else. I’m unsure what to do at this point, as I’ve heard that you have to wait a minimum of 90 DAYS to get your verification badge back if you disabled your authenticator.
Thanks for the advice. Roblox definitely needs to improve its support system. Having to wait 1-2 days for an AI response that has the chance of not helping at all is really frustrating.
Responded to the ticket with no response after a few days.
Made another support ticket, got told my email got forwarded, and it’s been 2 days with no response.
Is there any way somebody can see this? Any Roblox administrator or something? The Roblox FAQ says that you should be able to get your verification back with a support ticket, but Roblox’s support doesn’t do anything..
Its unlikely that they will give it back, it is your fault for removing 2FA, which is one of the requirements to keep it. No matter what your reasons are, I doubt they would actually give it back.

I am and already have been verified. As stated in your Verified FAQs, if I lose my verified badge due to disabling 2FA I can get it regranted with support
I have completed those required steps. I have re-enabled 2FA, ensured my account meets all verification requirements, and my username and display name match as required. I am now contacting support to request the reinstatement of my verified badge.
I’ve already sent an email very similar to this back to them in another ticket to no avail. I have tried again with your specific message though so wish me luck.
Regular support agents aren’t allowed nor trained to assist you in giving back the checkmark from what I’ve seen, so they’re mostly confused on what you’re talking about. I believe you have to ask to be escalated to a higher up who knows what your inquiry is.
