Recently started making a Low-Poly house and wanted to know what you lot think about it and how I could improve. The backside of the house is not done yet so that’s why there are no images for for that; plans to make a pool, BBQ spot maybe, sliding glass door and a few windows.
Overall, I like this build. One tip I could add is to make things look fuller, like the boards under the window, make them bigger and fuller. Also, make the house look kind of importunate, 'funky." Don’t make everything look symmetrical.
It’s a nice simple, low poly design your house looks pretty amazing! This looks to be your first or second low poly house if so, it shows a lot of your style and hard work you put into it however I do got a few suggestions.
Now that the building part is almost done, I would focus on how you want it to look like. Add some trees, plants, bushes, driveway, fence, probably a car etc. Some nature would be nice too, in the form of flowers, garden, those kind of stuff I would try adding an actual sidewalk, you should try adding the little circles placed inside the sidewalk, I think that would add a better design to it if you don’t understand what I’m talking about I’ll leave an image below.
I like the House! The placement of the bricks is really nice. However, there is a bunch of stuff you could add around the house since you’re decorating the backyard, I don’t have anything to say about that m. Overall, it’s a very good-looking individual build, but it would look even better with a nice environment around it.
As well asking for rate my builds is against the forum rules.
Thank you for the review also I wasn’t aware that it was against the rules, I will make sure to not make the same mistake though is “review my build” sort of thing against the rules as a whole or parts of it are?
‘Review my build’ No, it isn’t against the rules it should be fine because you’re trying to get constructive feedback from people on how to improve your build. Just asking for a quick “x/10” rating on your build is considered as spam.
Your build looks very plain for my eye, the detail is lacking and the color is a bit too bright for a average house color I suggest using examples from others to see the differences to improve your work.
I like some detail like random bricks but they’re could be more detail.
Good luck with this project and best luck in the future with your Developing career.
overall the build itself is great just the main color is very off putting
sorry if this sounds rude
Well actually I appreciate the Low-Poly build you have created! It’s looking very friendly, though I would want to recommend something about your build.
I recommend you make the window’s to have this kind of reflective window texture to make it look better.
In all, I really appreciate your build and this is so much recommendable for a neighborhood game.
Overall, the house looks amazing!
Everything here looks good! Good work.
I agreee with many others here, however I also suggest you putting the windows and doors inside the house instead of having them stick out. I left a picture below. Other than this you should focus on more smaller details such like the path and not using basic parts like cylinders with no adjustments with them. Lastly I would suggest changing the roof in my opinion instead of having it flat… Elevated roofing definately changes the whole build and makes it look more professional. Hope some of my points help you in your future developement, great attempt though!
I think that the house looks great! Good job.
