Well to be honest, your Low Poly looks simple and good!
I do suggest to have the building’s color to be red since its based on bricks.
Also I would recommend this texture of windows.

Because your Low Poly looks cartonic I prefer the windows should also have a proper window glass texture.
To be honest also, your building also is recommendable to be used as a simple home in a classic neighborhood. In all, I appreciate the architecture of your build, also my last recommendation is that you should add a small window near the door on the entrance of the house.

Again it looks simple and good but a lot of the stuff looks to uneven eg the windows, what i do is i get a block then say im doing windows which need to have an even gap between each i will get the block then place next to windows edge then i will put it to whatever size i want it then place windows and slowly move it along to the next window so there all even.

There are many ways through to do this but that is the way i do it as i find it easier.

I think those bricks stick out a bit too far, the window looks a bit off center, and you should use a lower poly mesh for the table cylinders too. Otherwise nice.

Looks fantastic. The only thing I’d add is a bit more detail to the roof, make the brick pieces smaller (as well as making more of them), and to mess around with the properties of the window (Reflectance, Transparency, and material, glass preferably.) Besides that, nice job!

  • Decrease on the wall blocks on the outside, they are a little too far out.
  • Detail the walls and bottom flooring more, add edges and proper flooring.
  • Detail the trees, make them more realistic.
  • Decrease the middle windows length outwards, it is a little too far out.
