Sorry I’m not an artist, so I couldn’t give professional terms and words.
This is very disorganized without a clear theme or style, so you’ll have to question yourself what you truly wants first.
For the second one which says “COOKIE”, I would suggest to put the inner shadow’s blending option as an overlay!
I should say I love the first one but the third one looks kind of bad. There is a lot of room for improvement but you are doing great! Can’t wait to see more of your low poly logos!

I would suggest sticking to a color palette. But for a first attempt, this is not too bad. I would remake this to show you how you could do it better. But I don’t understand what I am looking at, this does not look like a logo.
