I’m making low poly terrain and when i look at it it is not as smooth as i want it, i am unaware of how to fix this

Try selecting the nodes in different orders when creating the triangle. Once you find the order that works, use the same order when creating the rest of the triangles.
EDIT: It also depends on what plugin you use. Some plugins just don’t work well.

To add on, most of the time you have to click nodes clock-wise to have the seams connect perfectly.
