Welcome to the General Information section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Here, you will find the group’s background, some history on it, our goal, executive members, department heads, and of course, there’s more! Any questions, don’t fret to ask it in our communications server.

The Executive Team

The executives of Lux Resorts staff team are responsible on more of overseeing all staffs, from managing, partnership formation, and lots more. Being an executive takes a high field of experience, responsibility, and activity, we ask you to respect these staffs listed below as they are the main powerhouse of Lux Resorts, but additionally, respecting everyone is a must. Below is a list of the members of Lux Resort Executives, thank you. Note that some developers are not listed as they are just a part time developer, but still, thanks to them.

Our Company

Lux Resorts is an high-level establishment with over 6,000 members, growing at a rate of 300-1200 members per month. Our activity is very high, thanks for the staffs and the management who makes it. Currently, we are having an average rate of 5-15 concurrent players daily, and hoping to reach more day by day. The management are very happy of this. Many people tried to take us down, many people hated us, but they are our inspiration today, thank you.

We assure that Lux Resorts a safe, and a happy place to stay. Our staffs are highly trained from each aspect, from touring you, accommodating you different aspects of our resorts, no problem. With the customer service that assists you, with the receptionists that gives you a room, the baristas that satisfies your cravings, the housekeeping that assures Lux Resorts’ cleanliness, thanks to them, your needs are now all in this place. Our motto is “a place that you’ll never leave” assuring that we will prove you that the motto is accurate to our company.

Group’s Background and History

Owned on June 30th of 2019, LuxResortsRed started to own and improve Lux Resorts day by day. At that point, Lux Resorts group establishment has around 1K members. Version Two of the resort was created only in ONE DAY by our developers including Zivao, JanzRBLX, and LuxResortsRed, that was so quick. Day after that, version two was released, flying our group up to 4,000 members after this year, and everyday, we are having a stable count of 50-60 concurrent players after that.

As our group day by day improves, we innovate new ideas and reach goals day by day. Ever since that time, the members inside executive team changes monthly. Some of them succeed, some of them resigned, some of them were terminated until we figure out the perfect team, even today. Version Three was released around June of 2020, thanks to JanzRBLX, venzsoi, and crafter_33 for being a part of this development. It was a big success opening it, gaining back up to 50 concurrent players, thank you partners who did this and attended this remarkable opening.

The substitute owner unfortunately shutted down this group for around 1-2 months, sadly. Lots of partners were terminated, and activity dropped to zero after that. Thanks to LuxResortsRed, the real owner, after coming back at his group. Today, at Lux Resorts. we are now improving, restructuring the staffs, improving our activity and we are now back than before. This group may be hated by some people, but this is why we are succeeding again. From 4.5K, to 6.3K, in less than 2 months. From 0, to 5-15 players. From 0 allies, to more than 10.

Currently, Lux Resorts Version Four is being developed, stay tuned. That’s all for now.

Code of Conduct

Introduction

Welcome to the Code of Conduct section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Here, you will find the group’s rules, and regulations involving customers, the staff, and lots more to ensure Lux Resorts is a safe place for you to stay. Any unstated rules that can be a rule can be decided by the Executive Team whether the rule is broken or not. Not doing so, will result in possible consequences which will be decided by the High Ranking Staffs.

These list of rules shall apply to staff, partners, guests, and to anyone who enters Lux.

Lux Resorts generally abides by the Roblox Terms of Service, and therefore entering in our premises requires abiding by these rules: Roblox Terms of Use – Roblox Support

Rules apply at Discord, in-game as well, especially the community rules, as follows. Below is a list of some of our basic rules that mainly a resort establishment should have.

#1: Respect each other. - *Here at Lux Resorts, we believe that everyone deserves respect and not only staffs higher than you. We kindly ask you to respect each other, when communicating in-game, or in the socials.

#2: Not safe for work: - Here at Lux Resorts, we prohibit NSFW matters as Roblox should be a safe place for everyone. This includes cursing, bypassing, discrimination against race, gender, country, belief, religion, tradition, and more. This also includes any sensitive topic such as 18+ actions.

#3-4: Threatening, leaking personal information: - Against the rules, we do not tolerate people who threatens any staff. A sample of it is: “I will leak your IP, give me SHR”, “I will hire an assassin if you don’t fire him”. If you feel you are being threatened, don’t hesitate to talk to us, joke or not. We will take a moderation action if we believe it is threatening.

#5: Trolling - We all know that trolling is prohibited in any Roblox games as it may lead to different rule violations. We ask you not to troll. Doing so will be warned, and out.

#6: Inappropriate Clothing - Here at Lux Resorts inappropriate clothing is prohibited. This includes any NSFW clothes. Including guests, and staffs, they are required to dress appropriately which is wearing a uniform as a mandatory for HRs and below.

#7: Exploitation in any of our premises: - Any damage to Lux Resorts, attempting to get "powers such as high speed, jump power, wall hack, and adding any scripts in any form that is close to exploiting, is strictly prohibited unless provided an exception for testing purposes.

#8-9: Spamming and raiding: - At Lux Resorts we prohibit spamming, as it ruins our high reputation and is against the TOS of Roblox. Raiding also the group such as “BunBun” spam, multiple powers, is prohibited. If we saw any of this in our premises, you would be banned without warning.

#10-11: Loopholes and abuse of power - Any loopholes to get a rank or an authority over a person is prohibited. Staffs, if they have admin, are expected to use commands appropriately. Admin abusing is prohibited, and doing so will result in consequences.

#12: Hinting - Hinting in any form, rather guest, VIP, or a staff is prohibited. This includes: “I am a VIP at Lux, give me SHR please.”, “I have never got a promotion and they got one, promote me please”, not abiding by this rule will result in consequences.

Ranking Information

Introduction

Welcome to the Ranking Information section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Here, you will be able to know what does a rank or a staff do at Lux Resorts, categorized in five. Any questions, don’t fret to ask an experienced staff member.

NON-STAFF
(Resort Guest-Business Partner)

Resort Guest: Involves of thousands of people inside Lux Resorts, thanks to them as they make Lux what we are today.
Suspended: A staff that is temporarily/permanently terminated from a position of Lux Resorts.
VIP Guest: A VIP Guest involves investors, resigned Management member or higher, and a friend of LuxResortsRed.
Business Partner: They are the one who involves in representing their own establishments at their own groups, thanks to them for staying with us.

LOW RANKING STAFF
(Trainee-Concierge: In order to rank up, you should attend trainings one by one. If you pass, you advance one rank up, up to concierge. If you mind skipping a training, donate to Lux Resorts for a rank exchange.)

Trainee: - A new staff at Lux Resorts, possibly unexperienced, needs to be trained to be able to start their journey at Lux Resorts.
Receptionist - Checks people in and out or gives room, assists at customer service.
Barista - Cooks delicious foods for you to satisfy your cravings.
Housekeeping - Cleans your room, making sure Lux is clean.
Concierge: - A highly experienced staff. They can assist at trainings, guide and teach lower ranks, do multiple jobs such as doing a tour, and alot more. To advance to next rank, you need prove yourself worthy, or apply at our applications on the communications server which is we open when needed.

MIDDLE RANKING STAFF
(Staff Assistant-General Manager: To obtain this, you need prove yourself worthy, or apply at our applications on the communications server which is we open when needed. As a MR, you will be granted moderator commands which in you can deal with trollers and spammers.)

Staff Assistant - assists lower ranks with Concierge
Lux Supervisor - Supervises the staffs.
Management Team - Leads a session, they are the one who manages the resort. They can host sessions.
General Manager - Same as Management Team, but more experienced and more on supervision.

HIGH RANKING STAFF
(Administration Team-President: To obtain this, you need prove yourself worthy, or apply at our applications on the communications server which is we open when needed. As a HR, you can rank only in trainings, nothing else to prevent admin abuse, they cannot decide for a promotion. They get administrator commands, we ask them not to abuse it, They can deal with any situations regarding guests. They can overseer trainings and shifts, assuring that it will go well.)

Administration Team: - the first high rank, they are the one who oversees lower ranks than them.
Vice President: - Assists with the president of Lux Resorts. Refer to President information for this job.
President: The highest and the last high rank. The president can innovate or suggest changes to staffs with the Executives within a department, of course with the permission of Super High Ranking Staff.

SUPER HIGH RANKING STAFF
(Executive Team+: They are the one who are the quite powerhouse in the Lux Resorts. Management, suspensions, partnership formation, ranking and more are on this rank. They can make changes anytime to lower ranks below them. To prevent abuse, this rank is not for sale and will never be. They get super/creator admin commands. To obtain this rank, you must be noticed and voted with an approval of the owners which is handpicked.)

Executive Team: - First SHR rank, they are the new or intern SHR, their job is listed above.
Group Manager: - Second SHR rank, they are an experienced SHR, job is listed above.
Group Administrator: - Senior SHR, job is listed above once again. They are granted more powers than the two SHR ranks below.
Ambassador: - They do the same job listed above, but they are more on deciding Lux matters such as punishments, partnership formations, and more.
Development Team - They involve in developing Lux Resort games.
Co-Founder - The co-owners of Lux.
CEO - The owner of Lux.

Partnership Information & Application

Introduction

Welcome to the Partnership Information & Application section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Here, you will be able to get an information regarding partnerships at Lux. Any questions, don’t fret to ask a public relations member.

PARTNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Salutations, everyone. Thanks for showing your interest in Lux Resorts for a partnership. However, there should be a set of requirements that an establishment should meet in order to apply, which is listed below.

Must have 1,500 group members or above.
Must have over 100 Discord members to ensure both groups benefit each other.
Must have an active community, from staffs to guests. If you belong under homestore establishment, you will be provided an exception in the group games activity.
Must be a business group, we do not accept military, simulators, clans, and more.
The management members of your group should exhibit professionalism.
Must provide two or more representatives to communicate in our server, we will do the same.
Must announce our announcements that we want to announce, same thing goes with you. Attending events also would be better, thank you.

To apply, open a ticket in our communications server, ping any Public Relations Department member, and provide us the following which is: Group Link, Server Link/Code, and maybe give us some information about your group. After that, the department will decide if we accept it or not. We do not guarantee acceptance of the application if you applied for a partnership, however we should find your group beneficial. Applications are reviewed within 3 days, or less. Best of luck!

Department Information

Introduction

Welcome to the Department Information section of our wonderful Public Handbook. Here, you will be able to get to know the departments of Lux Resorts and what they do.

Staff Managing Department - This department is responsible for handling the staffs at Lux. They are responsible for maintaining good activity at the resort. Reforms, suspensions, demotions, promotions, and more are managed here.

Public Relations Department - This department creates and organizes the partnerships at Lux, event/s, stage plays, communications and inquires at Lux. They represent Lux at the other partnered groups. Without them, Lux would not be successful, thank you.

Entertainment Department - They make Lux Resorts more entertaining and fun. Moreover, there main goal is operating shows like spirit weeks along with the Public Relations, orca shows, and more!

Social Media Management Department - They are responsible for managing social media platforms and advertise/promote/spread the events/activities that involves Lux.
