STAFF CODE OF CONDUCT


Section 1 - Attendance

Staff members are required to have decent attendance in order to keep their positions. Not attending sessions will result in strikes unless excused and have a substitute already planned to take over for that day. Staff members can take up to 2 days per month maximum excused, this rule can be bent though if there is a valid enough reason to take excess.

Section 2 - Dress Code

Leadership & Administration

  • We prefer Leadership/Administration members to wear a suit with the LWMS staff identification badge. We do NOT require leadership and or in some cases administration to wear the staff badge while wearing spirit wear.

Academics & Reception

  • Academical (core/elective instructors) & Reception employees are required to wear some form of either spirit wear or professional form of clothing while students are present.
  • Academics is required to have the staff badge present at all times no matter the location for student safety | Reception is required to have it on them while providing tours, pulling students from class or overseeing operations for leadership.

Section 3 - Professionalism

All LWMS employees are required to be professional and hardworking, this includes but is not limited to…

  • Grammar, such as sentances beginning with a capital letter & ending with punctuation
  • Respect for the environment around them (students & staff as well as visitors)
  • Staff are not permitted to act as if they have more authority then they hold. Teachers have authority over students, reception has authority over teachers, administration has authority over reception
  • When students are present, staff are required to address other staff members by their roleplay name such as Mr. John or Miss Twilight

Section 4 - Google Classroom

All teachers are required to make a google classroom fitting the minimum requirements listed below and upkeep this google classroom with assignments, homework, resources, etc…

  • The google classroom must be up to date with every resource & assignment 24/7
  • The teacher must add the AP of Instruction to the Google Classroom as a teacher so the AP can configure and overseer the page to make sure it’s up to date

Section 5 - Staff Email

All staff members of LWMS are required to make a staff email for communication, lesson plan fowarding, etc. These must be in the format of roleplayname.lwms@gmail.com. DO NOT include your real name nor ROBLOX username inside of this email please. Once you have created the email, send a message to jwarner.lwms@gmail.com confirming it is in fact your account.
