This handbook covers absolutely everything you need to know about Lychee’s, from top to bottom, and the Executive Team has worked hard to pack every single detail we can. The Code of Conduct has been created to inform all users of the regulations they must follow whilst being a member of the Lychee’s community, no matter what your rank is. Every single action you perform at Lychee’s must be accepted within our Code of Conduct; If not, you will be penalized.
When it comes to clothing, we prefer to keep it rather simple. All users are prohibited from wearing any clothing that contains bypassed media, whether it is offensive or not. Alongside that, all users must be fully clothed - if you are wearing no items of clothing and are trying to portray a nude user, you will be banned. You are allowed to wear any types of clothing as you wish. Punishment may follow if you decide to not follow our rules regarding attire; including demotions and banishments.
Behaviour and Attitude
All staff users must be utilizing proper English spelling, punctuation, and grammar. LRs should be doing this behind the counter. You are expected to maintain a mature attitude, and should not be causing any disruption when working in one of our facilities. When communicating with others, we request that you become a welcoming, helpful and respectful worker. While you are allowed to make a couple of jokes here and there, please make sure that these jokes are not inappropriate or offensive to users as there is a fine line between being funny and rude. Language that is inappropriate or using bypassed words is not tolerated. When dealing with tough situations or heated arguments, we request that you stay calm, mature and be the bigger person. Fueling drama, gossiping or trolling will result in a termination of your rank, and obstructing any of these other rules will lead to a punishment.
You are responsible for every single action you make at any one of our facilities. Regardless of whether you are supervising the cafe, serving customers or attending/hosting a session, you will be held accountable for everything you do. It’s fine to socialize with others, but please remember that your main objective is to be working and that you should be constantly reminding yourself of your responsibilities. If, for some reason, you are being punished for committing an action that is not tolerated at Lychee’s, please own up and take responsibility for your actions.
Asking to be promoted to any MR/HR position is absolutely not tolerated and will drastically lessen your chances of being considered for a promotion. If you continue to hint towards receiving a higher rank, you will have your current role removed. We are limited to only a couple of MR/HR spots, which means that spaces won’t be available all the time and you should remain active regardless of the spaces we have left. Maintaining a professional, hard-working and dedicated attitude will eventually get you noticed, so don’t resort to asking for a better rank. Hinting is viewed as immature, greedy and disrespectful, which are qualities we don’t look for in workers. Remember that unless you have been informed that you are Trainee/MR+ blacklisted, you are able to work your way back up to your rank.
You must be following the rules of our communications server at all times, invite can be found in the social links section of our group. You can identify these rules by heading into the “#regulations” channel. Failure to follow these instructions will result in a punishment, depending on your actions and rank. We want a non-toxic, friendly and welcoming community for new users to indulge in. Make sure you are keeping our Code of Conduct in mind when communicating with others as well as the set regulations you have been given. Treat our Discord server as if it was yours, please.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to view our relations handbook! We have created this handbook to assist and inform users or possible allies in the future. Thanks to allies, we are able to form positive partnerships with great groups, and aid each other when needed. Allies also bring great benefits, like help in growth of the group, and reputational advantages. Lychee’s is a more than capable group that is always accepting requests, so don’t fret to send an application in!
Interested in forming an alliance with Lychee’s? Please keep in mind these specifications and requirements before sending in an application.
- Your group must contain 250+ members.
- You must have a communications server for your group, which should have 70+ members.
- Your games should have decent to high-quality thumbnails, logos etc.
- Your group must be active. If not, the alliance will be terminated.
- We request that your staff team is moderately filled.
- Your group and the users associated with it must have a good reputation within the community.
- It is preferred that you have any games released, however, it is not a necessity.
If your group does not meet these requirements, it will be simply denied. Also, exceptions can be requested for any requirements, if we believe your group is capable of growing.
Listed below are the questions you must answer when sending in an alliance request. If you fail to answer these questions, your request will be denied. You’ll also be notified of these questions when asking to send in an application.
 How many members does your group have?
 Give us a description of your group.
 Why have you chosen to ally with Lychee’s?
 How will this alliance benefit both groups?
 What is your company’s goal? Explain how Lychee’s can help with it.
 Please link your ROBLOX group alongside your Discord Communications Server.
 Which two members will be representing your group? Please include their tag.
Please make sure that you submit an application to a Partnership Department member. If not, the person who you may have submitted it to will ignore your application and will not send it on. You can view our Partnership Departments members by clicking on any HR+ rank on our communications server, and checking if they have the ‘Partnership Department’ or the ‘Super Rank’ role below them. Do not randomly post it on our server, please DM a member of the relations team.
If your application is accepted, please send any ally-related notices in the specialized ally category on the communications server. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask any of our relations team. You’ll also have to accept our two representatives that will join your server and represent Lychee’s.
Ally activity etc is monitored by our specially trained representatives. Please make sure your group is abiding by our standards at all times, as we respect yours too.
Ban Appeals - Group - Click here!
If you have been permanently banned from any Lychee’s facility you are always free to send us an appeal. However, we expect you to always follow our Code of Conduct.
Please note, if the Super Rank Team has decided to make your ban unappealable, your appeal will be marked as declined automatically.
If you wish to appeal, please direct message any Super Rank (Chief Corporate Officer+) on Discord, Roblox PMs, or ask any admin to PM you in-game.
Listed below are the questions you must answer when sending in a ban appeal. If you fail to answer these questions, your appeal will be denied. You’ll also be notified of these questions when asking to send in an application.

- Where have you been banned?

In order to produce any of our beverages, you must follow a specific order of instructions in order to successfully create the correct drink. Following these instructions incorrectly leads to improper drink that cannot be given to your customer. Please also make sure that you utilize the correct station when making a drink.

Lychee’s is always looking for determined Senior Bubblers who are ready to blossom into their next adventure here; becoming an MR! However, achieving the Assistant rank is a difficult task to do, so we’ve created this document to inspire workers who aspire to become an MR+.
In order to become an Assistant (the first MR rank) you must be a Senior Bubbler. You can earn this rank by attending and passing our LR training process 3 times.
Attitude and Mindset
Once you have achieved the SB rank, you are expected to remain active within your position. The workers we are looking for should be respectful, hard-working, honest, humble and welcoming. You need to be fantastic at communicating, serving and assisting others in order to leave off a memorable impression. If you continue to embody these qualities, you will be noticed by a member of our Employment Department, which could potentially lead to your promotion. You must also contain good use of English grammar.
A bad example of overusing English grammar is by over-complicating your greetings with extremely long/complicated words. Using these types of words once if alright, but using them many times doesn’t make you look professional, it looks silly.
Maintaining a professional, hard-working and dedicated attitude will eventually get you noticed, so don’t resort to asking for a better rank. Hinting is viewed as immature, greedy and disrespectful, which are qualities we don’t look for in workers. Stating things like “I just did a 3 hour-long shift!” or “I’ve been here all day!” is not tolerated either. You are explicitly trying to get HRs and other people to look at how good of a worker you are, which is not the way you achieve an MR rank. If you are a good HB, you should not feel the need to say these things. Alongside that, don’t say anything along the lines of “I’d be a fantastic Assistant.” or “I know I’m going to get promoted soon!” Hinting is a serious action, which will get you removed from your rank and it is unlikely you will be approached for a new position in the future.
