MARABOU SC PROMOTION GUIDE
Hello, we are Marabou! A chocolatier, and we are growing very rapidly, and it came to the conclusion to establish this document for our future Senior Chocolatiers to know how to rank up within the group! Please read this to get full insurance that you are aware of how to rank up and this is taken to deep detail, so you are aware!
DO:
- Show activity within the discord server and group games.
- Be a Senior Barista for a week
- Show professionalism
- Show dedication
- Help your peers if needed
- Try to serve as quickly as possible
Senior Chocolatier is the highest LR rank you may obtain before taking the step to obtaining an MR position! We want our Senior Chocolatiers to follow these items we listed, same with having common sense. We do not want you to overwork yourself, this is just a group, not your life duty! It’s better to be noticed by doing a less then a hour shift daily or once in two days, you can be noticed for your hard work with a lot of attendance, because our High Ranks have Senior Barista logs to see every time you attended a shift, to prevent from free ranking, and stuff! That’s also useful to the positive route, being promoted! If you want to question a High Rank about your activity, direct message them! They’ll show you the logs of your attendance so you can improve or check your activity!
DON’T:
- Join servers where High Ranks are since that doesn’t boost your chances at all.
- Troll, if you will, you won’t get to the Middle Rank role quickly, you’ll face deep consequences with a possible following demotion.
- Overwork yourself
- Ask to be promoted, or in short, don’t hint.
- Use respective behavior
- Common sense
If we spot an Senior Chocolatier doing the DON’T perks, we will drastically take this into action and proceed with following consequences, which may be a one time warning, or a demotion! Please do the same if you spot someone doing bad things that represent the chocolatier in a bad way! We are likely to listen to your report and deal with it! This shows a good perk of being promoted of constantly being aware of situations and know how to deal with them, if you decide to follow them with disrupting, be prepared to receive consequences!
