Mac Trackpad ignores UIPageLayout ScrollingWheelInputEnabled being set to false

UIPageLayout’s ScrollWheelInputEnabled property being set to false does not work with the trackpad on Mac in game or in studio. I do not possess a windows laptop to test to see if it is universal across trackpads nor do I have a mouse to test if it’s purely the trackpad or scrolling on macs in general. If anyone with a different device or a mouse would like to contribute to this post I have provided the uncopylocked place below.

Just saying, I highly recommend you remove the serial number from the message. Just for safety reasons.

Mainly also because it’s one of the things Apple asks you for when you message their support, so I believe it’s of importance. (Bad actors could even track it down to who you are, too)

Keep everything above and including the OS Loader Version, though. They’ll be helpful, unlike the ones below (which are more personally identifiable rather than technical)

I’ve also had this issue on mac, so I just switch to windows for ui stuff. Hopefully this gets resolved soon

Update: I got one of my friends to test that has a Windows 11 laptop and ScrollingWheelInputEnabled seemed to work as intended on their device on the trackpad and the mouse. So seems to be an entirely Mac issue.

Hello PresidentVenom, we’ve rolled out a change that makes UIPageLayout.ScrollWheelInputEnabled work for trackpad scrolling. Can you confirm if your issue is fixed?

Hello chad, I can now confirm that my issue is now resolved. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
