Machine translation not fully utilizing available quotas

We have machine translations enabled on every language for Drive World. And we have more than enough quota for full language translations to be finished. However it seems to be stuck on some languages at 60% translated. No matter what we do it is not possible to force these translations.

Our localization sheet is free of the common auto capture pitfalls. Included in PM is a screenshot of our localization portal status.

Hey @Usering , would you mind adding me as a translator to the experience to help with the debugging process? My user ID is 1524149135. Thanks!

I’ve added your userID to Drive World’s translation portal!

Thanks @Usering! I’ve looked into the untranslated strings issue and it looks like you’ve manually deleted the translations for those strings before. Our system does not retranslate entries that’ve had their translations manually deleted. If you would like to force a retranslation, I would suggest:

  1. Downloading the existing localization table as a CSV file via the Creator Hub
  2. Deleting the existing table
  3. Re-uploading the CSV that was downloaded in step 1.

That should help retrigger the translation process.

Alright sounds like we need to do a deeper audit then. Thanks for looking into it for me!
