MacOS High Sierra Instantly closes when clicking play

When i click play the game sometimes instantly closes. It doesn’t even give an error or information about the game crashing.

Laptop: Macbook Pro Late 2011 13-Inch
Specs:
MacOS High Sierra (10.13.6)
