Hi I made a couch, First time building, How should I improve it, I’m feeling really strange about it and I cannot pinpoint the problem

Its a good looking couch but i think the texture makes it look a bit weird or i guess maybe how the lighting makes it look shiny kinda

I took the normal map from the internet,And yes It’s too specular, And I can’t fix it, Unless I move it indoor which was what i did, I’ll send progress later and Thanks for the feedback!

Okay for the seating part, split that and the bottom piece
Like the seat cushion shouldn’t be attached to the circled area.
