So I made this around a month ago with the idea being to speed up my GFX-making process. I got 26 minutes on this. Is there anything I can do to make it look better?

One thing I do see is that the hats are overlapping each other, which make it look very strange (Especially the hat & hair)
Other than that though, it’s looking pretty fine!

The only thing I notice is that the legs don’t look attached to his body.
How does he get around?!?!?
Jokes aside, other then the legs, it looks great!
