Applicants will need to pass our rigorous selection process. Upon successful completion, you will be granted the esteemed rank of Trainee. This is our process towards becoming a staff member. But the journey doesn’t end there. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to attend comprehensive training sessions, tailored to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills required to excel in your role. Our experienced management members will guide you every step of the way, ensuring that you are fully prepared to take on the responsibilities of an official staff member.

2. Training Information
Our comprehensive training program covers three essential areas: Greetings, Ordering, and Trolling.
During the greeting section, we focus on enhancing your skills in initiating and responding to various greetings. We will cover formal & informal interactions, ensuring that you are well-prepared to greet individuals while working behind the counter. This training will equip you with the necessary tools to create a warm and welcoming environment for all.
The Ordering is an integral part of our restaurant. Our staff members will ask you to prepare an order and it is your job to create them within the best of your ability. Do not fret at all if you do not manage to create it as well as we expect you to, as this is a learning opportunity.
The last section which is the trolling section will cover basic information and necessary protocols on how to handle disruptive/trollers within the restaurant. You will be tasked with a simulation preformed by our staff members and you will have to handle a troller/disruptive individual based off of the crucial information your trainers stated for you.
Only Trainees are permitted to join trainings. Other staff are required to view our Promotion Guide to see how they can be promoted. The training server will be unlocked at the times listed below, and will shut 10 minutes later. See you there!

3. Promotion Guide
Once our staff have become fully qualified Hibachi Chefs, the only way they can be promoted to a higher level is by obtaining enough “points.”
You can obtain these points ingame for activity, serving customers and cooking orders. Once a person has enough points, (listed below) they will be be automatically promoted. If there are any errors during the promotion process, please contact us via our support chatbot.
The amount of points required to be promoted varies on what rank you wish to obtain. More information is listed below.
Junior Hibachi Chef Hibachi Chef (300 points)
Hibachi Chef Experienced Hibachi Chef (600 points)
Experienced Hibabi Chef Kitchen Leader (1000 points)
4. Alliance Requirments
Mahau welcomes, and actively encourages, other groups on the platform to request to alliance with us. Our Public Relations Team handles the alliance process from start to finish.
However, we do ask that before applying to alliance with us, groups check our “Alliance Requirements”. This is a criteria that groups must meet before speaking to our PR Team to alliance. All requests to alliance from groups that DO NOT meet our criteria will be declined immediately.

Groups must not be selling any Management ranks

5. Appeals Guide
If you have been banned from our game, either temporarily or permeantly, you have the option to appeal this decision.
You can do so by messaging our support chatbot with the following information. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

3. The date and time of your ban
4. The reason why you were banned
5. Why you wish to be unbanned
