Customer: Joined the group but can’t work. Must take an application and then attend training before being staff.
Trainee: Individuals who passed the Interviews. They are unable to work in the restaurant.
Junior Hibachi Chef: Official staff member that is able to serve guests. They have only recently gained the job and have basic knowledge of the position. Must show activity and dedication in our restaurant to rise through the ranks.
Hibachi Chef: Official staff member that is able to serve guests. They have shown enhanced performance and knowledge. Must show activity and dedication in our restaurant to rise through the ranks.
Senior Hibachi Chef: Official staff member that is able to serve guests. Highest LR position one can achieve. An individual who has demonstrated immense knowledge and dedication within the restaurant. May be granted to take an exclusive application.
Kitchen Leader: These individuals have shown deep understanding and activity with the community. They are a leading role when it comes to serving properly and staff-player connections.
Shift Leader: These individuals have shown deep understanding and activity with the community. They ensure everything is well during active Shifts and overall aids in keeping things running properly!
Supervisor: Supervisors are individuals who have demonstrated that they have understood expectations and have general knowledge regarding Mahzu. They assist all staff in the restaurant. Individuals of this rank are held to requirements of activity, sessions, etc.
Assistant Manager: Assistant Managers are proficient staff members that have demonstrated a great deal of dedication, activity, and knowledge within the community. They can also host sessions. They assist all staff in the restaurant. Individuals of this rank are held to requirements of activity, sessions, etc.
Manager: Managers are able to host sessions and is the first High Rank. They supervise staff in the restaurant. Individuals of this rank are held to requirements of activity, sessions, etc.
Board of Executives: Board of Executives are department assistants to their assigned department. They are capable of hosting sessions, and they supervise staff in the restaurant. Individuals of this rank are held to requirements of activity, sessions, etc.
Contributor: With other titles in the Discord, these individuals heavily contribute to advertising and growing the community!
Developer/Holder: Individual that developed the game with time and quality! The Holder of the group, “PokeCedGo” is the active Developer working on the Restaurant!
President: Co-Founder of the group. Oversees all operations and departments to ensure functionality. This individual also manages the Community extensively!
Code of Conduct
All clothing worn in our games must be appropriate. All those who break this rule will immediately be asked to change into something acceptable.
Trolling throughout the community at Mahzu is not prohibited. Seeking any type of trolling on the premises of Mahzu will result in an automatic kick.
Exploiting and spamming is not prohibited in the Mahzu community and will earn you an automatic ban that you’ll have to appeal towards a member of the Staffing Department.
All those who break a rule set in place at the restaurant will receive a warning before being removed from the game for a minor situation. If a user receives a warning and continues to break the rules, they will be kicked from the game. Coming back and continuing will result in a ban.
In Mahzu, we take all bans seriously. Depending on the reason you were banned from the Game, you are able to form an appeal. To do so, you must make a ticket in the Discord community and everything will be privately handled there.
(You can only be appealed ONCE)
In the event a player loses Data in the game, you are able to make a ticket in the Discord of the issue and you will retrieve your previous data. Be prepared to show image/video proof of your lost data.
Data loss is very unlikely, however, we at Mahzu ensure that any Robux spent in the game wasn’t for a total loss!
