Major Chat Features Missing

hi, i wasnt sure if i should post this as a bug report or not so i just posted it here.

on roblox, there is two features: Quick Words and Chat Summaries.

these features were released ~1 month ago and guess what? I STILL DONT HAVE THEM.

(trust me that chat summaries arent there, i have never seen them, yet i also dont see the :locked: emojis)

now i will give some info to see if anyone knows how to help:
firstly: my roblox app is in the “zliveforbeta” channel

secondly: i live in australia but my account location is stuck in indonesia for some reason so that could affect something idk.

finally: my roblox is always being really weird, for example: roblox has been rolling out this thing which makes all the ui much smoother, with animations and such (eg. when opening esc menu it actaully slides up instead of just fading in) and i had it for a couple of days but then i just lost the feature and i havent gotten it back since. another example is speech to text, which i just recently lost as u can see above. ANOTHER EXAMPLE, the ui to change roblox to light theme keeps dissapearing and reappearing!!?!? wHYY???

you can check your topbar settings (like where you adjust your graphics.) and check for rephrase messages (or something similar) and check it. also it could be disabled in a game or, an outdated client

not to mention, roblox is hiding the lock symbol messages if none appears

quick words and summaries don’t appear in studio for me, but them not appear in the app is strange…

maybe roblox turns it off for 1 player games? (would make sense)

but im gonna assume you are playing in multiplayer, so…

in roblox studio, summaries and quick words are useless, so they prob hide it because you would be talking to yourself
