Notice how the parts under the right rail of the left track are culled even though they very much should be visible?
This is a new issue I’ve not previously noticed until now, and while this is a pretty abnormal scenario this still should be fixed imo.
The track in this game (and all others that use RO-Gauge, this bug will affect anyone building at such scales) are about this size, standard track width is about 0.6 studs, but the parts under the rails of my track are (0.35, 0.1, 0.2) in size for reference.
It seems that the rays used to determine part culling do not consider the edges of parts, or does not adjust well for smaller parts.
I urge that Roblox address their Quality Assurance and testing for changes made to core systems before pushing the update live, as I am increasingly frustrated with the sheer number of things being broken.
We’ve seen the topic thread attached and assigned it to our team to be investigated.
I’ll close this thread since similar issues are usually reviewed only in one topic.
Please stay on the loop in the thread attached to your reply for further updates.
If possible, add all additional information to the thread so the issue is unified.
I can confirm that I noticed the issue was resolved yesterday in my experience, however I’d like to hear that other people are also experiencing the fix working as expected.
