Making a horror game and I wanted to make a part of the game where spiders would like crawl on the player’s screen/camera.

just have a screen gui or ui, and move around some spider images… via scripts…
i have a gif i would like to play on the player’s screen. moving around a png isn’t exactly the most scary thing ever, but if that’s the only option then I guess I’ll have to do what you said.
what about putting a transparent part X amount of studs away from the camera position and playing the GIF…
are you already able to play the gif?
i have no clue how to put a gif into roblox studio
I thought in resources there was a GIF, player… or you can use other free web aps to convert a gif into a flipbook, and then play it that way

Alternatively to images and gifs, you can experiment with Viewport frames, and have spider models move around, but that’s a bit harder than regular images.
