Making a Team Fortress 2 inspired domination system?

I am making a game and would like to make a domination system inspired by Team Fortress 2. The way it works is that if you kill a player without them killing you 4 times in a row, then you’ll start dominating them. If the player you’re dominating kills you, then you’ll stop dominating them. A system like this also exists in the Roblox game Arsenal, but I’m not really sure how to implement it. If anyone has any idea as to how to do this, help would be very much appreciated!

Hmmmm…
You can use Tagging system that fire when you kill someone.
When there is enough kill count on server, set the player you kill as dominated and you are dominating that person.
When the player that dominated by you killed you, Remove the count/Tag on the server.
