I’ve been working on a open-world criminal roleplay game inspired by the GTA series, and I’d love to hear your thoughts and honest feeback! Be brutally honest I won’t be offended
About the Game
In this game, you can:
Take on missions – races, heists, assassination contracts, parkour, deliveries,
Commit crimes to increase your wanted level.
Drive a variety of custom vehicles – sports cars, planes.
Feeback
The game is still in development, but I want to make sure it’s fun, balanced, and worth your time. I’m looking for:
Feedback on if you feel engaged when playing the game. Is it fun or boring? Is it easy to pick up or not?
Tried it out for a bit, and I must say I think it has some potential, but still needs some work.
First of all, when I joined, it took a very long time for all of the textures to load (I have a decent pc). Maybe a loading screen, or just more optimized textures would be better?
Then, the tutorial is very small for me on pc. It had gone through a couple of messages before I even noticed it was there. Maybe add an option to manually skip through or make it slower, because it was fast at times.
The map also feels incomplete at times, like here on the image. Some buildings are floating and some parts feel and look very empty.
For the gameplay aspect, I didn’t really know what to do after driving around a bit. The driving feels good, but there’s no clear objective. This might have people leaving before they start actually playing.
And just a tiny thing that might be just me, but the cash in the bottom right seems a bit small.
Overall I didn’t find much bugs, so good job on that! After some adjustments, it can be a very fun game!
