Making pathfinding more random?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make AI more random, the project im working on is dealing with 50 npc on the map at a certain time. They are able to use teleporters, pathfind to certain places and players. The issue at hand i guess is that they are taking the most ideal path (i know thats the point). But the game has some high powered weapons ive made have penetration and when all npc’s are walking in a straight line. its just mayhem. Any suggestions on this? I have some approaches but id definitely like to hear your guys. Not sure if this is allowed but heres the game with the npc’s
