Within this section, you will find 3 different group shouts which the host/co-host must announce. In order to execute this, you must head over to #staff-commands in the communications server and use ‘m_setshout’ to set the group shout depending on what stage your session is at.
Sessing starting:

Session started:

[TRAINING] | The (time) GMT training has officially been concluded. Congratulations to the passers. If you failed or missed the session, do not hesitate to come to the next session. Why not get a (food/drink) at the Resort?

Please use /c system or /e to hide commands so they are not displayed in the chat. Please make sure you lock the server before you start. While the host does the rules, the co-host must permit trainers/assistants to enter. The co-host must also take questions from the trainees.

Your assistants (if any are assigned) help you on simulations such as check-in/out and trolling.

Trainer - Salutations, welcome to Maldivian Resort and Spa’s receptionist training. I am your trainer, (trainer) and will be teaching you everything you need to know about being a Receptionist.
Trainer - The maximum amount of points you can obtain is 6; you need 3 to pass.

Trainer - At Maldivian, we use Checkmein to provide our guests with luxury rooms.
Trainer - In this segment, I will explain how it works and then a test will be conducted to test your knowledge.
Trainer - To start, click on the screen in front of you.
Trainer - You must complete the tutorial and pick the language which best fits you.
Trainer - After completing the tutorial, you will see three icons; ‘check in’, ‘room availability’, ‘check out’.
Trainer - ‘Check-in’ allows you to check guests in. Type their username in, choose the room type and send the request.
Trainer - They will then receive a pop up telling them they’ve received a room and will be given a card to access that room.
Trainer - Room availability is just to see what rooms are occupied. If the number is red, it is unavailable; if it’s green, it is not occupied.
Trainer - The rooms selected are random, you cannot give specific rooms.
Trainer - Moving onto check out. To check someone out, all you do is click check out, enter their user and confirm the request. After they accept it, they are checked out.
Trainer - My assistants and I will now check what you’ve learnt.
Trainer - Please remember that when any guest walks up to you, you must provide a greeting.
Trainer - An example of a greeting: ‘Salutations. Welcome to Maldivian Resort and Spa. How can I help?’
Trainer - Does anyone have any questions regarding this segment?

If they pass this segment, award them with one point. Make sure they’ve correctly greeted the assistant/trainer and checked them in/out. The check-in in the training center is broken but they should get the general idea.
Disruptive customers

Trainer - We will now move onto the disruptive customer’s segment.
Trainer - Throughout your time at Maldivian, you will come across disruptive customers with the intention to cause dispute.
Trainer - It is your job to deal with this and ensure they are being removed correctly.
Trainer - Anyone who breaks rules such as spamming, trolling, being rude and so on must be warned.
Trainer - After three warnings, contact a MR + to kick them from the server.
Trainer - An example of a warning would be ‘WI - [REASON]’, same with WII and WIII.
Trainer - If they come back and continue, contact a HR + to server ban them.
Trainer - My assistants and I will now walk up to you and start acting like disruptive customers.
Trainer - Your job is to deal with us properly and contact an appropriate member of staff.
Trainer - You are only just roleplaying this, so “calls MR” works perfectly fine.
Trainer - At all times, you must greet the customer whether they look like a troll or not.
Trainer - Exploiters get no warnings, immediately call a HR to ban them with evidence provided.
Trainer - Does anyone have any questions regarding this segment?
Trainer - We will now begin, good luck to you all.
Your assistants or you are required to act like a disruptive customer. If the trainee deals with it properly and applies what you’ve taught them, they get 1 point.
So far, in total, they can only have 2 points.

Promptly proceed to offer the passers to join the session photo if they wish.

Trainer - As a Chef, it is your responsibility to be working at the kitchen whilst at the Resort.
Trainer - To grab something, click on the fridge and you will find a variety of items there. You can also click on an ice-cream flavour where a variety of ice cream flavours and drinks will then come up.
Trainer - You can also see there are smoothies too, simply get a cup and select the flavour they desire.
Trainer - In order to hand the items to the customer, press the finger icon in the bottom left of your screen then type their user and confirm the request.
