Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does happyness work?
A: Happyness is increased by decorating your plot with certain items. Happier yukkuris will poop more often, so more happyness = more manjuu = more money. Keep in mind that happyness inversely scales with your license level. As you get more yukkuris on your plot, you will have to buy more items to keep them all happy.
Q: How does the yukkudex work?
A: You can fill out your yukkudex by donating yukkuris. With each yukkuri you donate, the information related to that specific species will be filled out. For more information, visit the house next to the lighthouse.
Q: How do I get food?
A: There are fruit trees scattered through the main plot area and a food vendor in the middle. Yukkuris will only poop half-as-often once they get âhungryâ (as indicated by the red area in their individual menus), and will stop producing any manjuu at all once their hunger reaches zero.
Q: What is ESEN?
A: ESEN (aka essence) is used for enhancing yukkuris, which increases their manjuu value. The NPC who can do this is intentionally hidden, but I trust youâll find him.
Q: Does rarity matter?
A: Yes, and no. Rarity affects a few things, but there are no insurmountable differences between yukkuris of different rarities. This isnât supposed to be an RNG game, just use whoever you like the most!

A: I understand that having mobile support is very important, but it is not one of my priorities at the moment. Still, if you play on mobile I am happy to receive bug reports or feedback from you.

- Slightly increased almost every itemâs happyness bonus

- License costs have - once again - gotten significantly more expensive. It was always my intention that the license upgrades would be the one thing that you actually had to grind for, and right now it doesnât really feel like that.

- Wild yukkuris will now despawn after 5 minutes, regardless of whether or not a player is nearby
- Nerfed the XP gain rate (for yukkuri age). No, aging up still doesnât actually do anything, NEXT UPDATE, I PROMISE!
- When placing down a tycoon item, it will initially be placed at the center of your screen instead of the center of the plot

- I received a few complaints that the fence corners took up too much space and were awkward to use. So I removed them. The normal (straight) fence pieces have since been slightly offset so that they can be used to create corners.
