Rank Descriptions
Baker - Baker is an LR rank. You must become a Head Baker (in-game role) by reaching 250 points to be eligible for a promotion.
Supervisor - An MR rank held to attending shifts and hosting/attending sessions. Permitted to complete confidential requirements.
Assistant Manager - An MR rank held to attending/hosting shifts and sessions. Permitted to complete confidential requirements.
General Manager - An MR rank held to attending/hosting shifts and sessions. Permitted to complete confidential requirements. General Managers are also invited to join one of our two departments: staffing or relations.
Executive Board - An HR rank held to attending/hosting shifts and sessions. They are also required to complete department work.
Executive Officer - An HR rank held to attending/hosting shifts and sessions. They are also required to complete department work.
Executive Director - An HR rank held to attending/hosting shifts and sessions. They are also required to complete department work.
Vice President - An HR rank held to attending/hosting shifts and sessions. They also complete department work. This is a leadership rank, meaning they help deal with development, announcement, and other staff issues.
President - An HR rank held to attending/hosting shifts and sessions. They also complete department work. This is a leadership rank, meaning they help deal with development, announcement, and other staff issues
Owner - The group creator, cxoasty.

Ready to serve smiles and breakfast? Join one of our training sessions hosted daily by our dedicated staff team!
Training sessions are held at the times listed below.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to secure your spot before the session becomes full or session-locked (S-locked). Our team works hard to ensure sessions are smooth, welcoming, and worth your time.

While we aim to host every scheduled session, there may be cancellations due to unexpected circumstances. If a session isn’t announced by XX:00, kindly assume it will not be hosted.

MapleHub | Head Baker Promotion Guide

This guide outlines the expectations and requirements for Head Baker’s who wish to advance into MapleHub’s Management Team. While meeting the following criteria makes you eligible, please understand that a promotion is not guaranteed, and selections are made based on professionalism, behavior, and team needs.
Eligibility Requirements:
➜ You must be a Head Baker! (250 Points!)
➜ You must be actively involved in the community for at least 2 full weeks with no extended absences or breaks.
➜ You must show consistent and proper use of grammar while working or interacting with others.
➜ You must be a member of the MapleHub Communications Server.
➜ Your Roblox account must not have Safechat.
If you meet all the above requirements—congratulations! You’re eligible to be considered for a Management Team position.
How to Improve Your Chances:
Be a positive presence in chat and group discussions.
Participate in events, game shifts, and activities regularly.
Maintain professionalism while on duty—show courtesy, maturity, and grammar where applicable.
Avoid overworking—shifts of 30 minutes to 1 hour are ideal.
Support your peers and help newer staff when possible.
Important Note:
Promotions are handled by MapleHub’s Staffing Team. You will be contacted if we believe you are a strong candidate. Asking or hinting for a promotion may result in your ineligibility and/or a demotion.

We value professionalism, mutual respect, and activity. If your group shares these values, we welcome you to apply by submitting a properly formatted document answering the questions listed below. Once complete, please send it via direct message to a Relations Team member, and you will receive a response within 24–72 hours.
Expectations:
- We kindly ask that any major drama or public conflicts on your platforms be handled maturely. Repeated or severe incidents may result in a termination of the affiliation.
- Your representatives should maintain a professional and respectful presence while engaging within MapleHub’s community and platforms.
- If a representative steps down or is removed, please ensure a replacement is assigned promptly to keep communication smooth.
Requirements:
- Group must have 100+ members (non-botted).
- Communications server must have 50+ members (non-botted).
- Group must be within a related industry (café, restaurant, lounge, bakery, clothing, etc).
- Group must show some level of consistent activity (e.g. events, posts, community interaction).
- Group must not allow free-ranking or selling high ranks with admin privileges.
- Must have at least 1-2 active representatives who can communicate with us as needed.
