The two Roblox items were both obtainable by attending Gamescom Latam. The Maria Capi was obtainable in 2024 and Jorge Carmelo was obtainable in 2025. To get the items you just had to be there and scan a qr code to complete a survey.
The problem is that not everybody who filled out the surveys received the items. I have heard from multiple people that they are experiencing inconsistencies with who gets the items. I myself own Jorge Caramelo but not Maria Capi even though I filled out the both survey.
I have contacted Roblox support about this issue multiple times but nothing of substance happened and I didn’t receive my item. Since this issue happened to multiple people I thought it was appropriate to file a bug report.
There is no real way of proving that you have filled out the original survey but this issue has happened to so many people that something needs to be done about it.
Expected behavior
Everybody who attended the event and that filled out the surveys was supposed to receive the items.
I recall partaking in both of these for their respective years, doing the surveys, and wasn’t granted either items despite satisfying the criteria. Never looked into it further but since its been reignited I would appreciate recogniztion for my efforts and obtaining both the Maria Capi, and Jorge Caramelo.
I remember feeling pretty disappointed when I realised I never received the Maria Capi for filling out the survey, would be nice if I could own it after all this time!
