Marketplace items loading indefinitely only on Firefox browser

Selecting any item in the Marketplace leads to the asset loading indefinitely, as shown below:

This only occurs when selecting an item, not at the ‘home page’ for the Marketplace.
I tested on Firefox 144.0 (64-bit) in Firefox Troubleshoot mode (Safe Mode) with Enhanced Tracking Protection disabled for the Roblox website to no avail. Testing on Microsoft Edge Version 141.0.3537.71 (64-bit) with no extensions nor changes to the browser’s settings shows everything loading properly.

Expected behavior

I expect all Marketplace pages to load properly, allowing me to preview and purchase assets as needed.

Since when has this been happening? I’m pretty sure there was an outage some time ago.

Would you be able to share link to the asset that you are observing this issue with for further troubleshooting? We tried on our end and are unable to reproduce the issue.

This issue is occurring with ANY asset, there’s no indication it’s from a specific asset type, I’ll share a few examples:

Headless Horseman

DARE - Gorillaz

Nyan Cat HP Bar

All three of these refuse to load properly on Firefox. Accessing the same links in Edge, for example, has them load properly.

EDIT: The sponsored item thumbnail issue seems to be a different issue entirely, as it’s occurring in Edge, I’ll remove it here since it doesn’t pertain to the initial bug report (and might be part of that outage issue someone mentioned above)

Just looked at a variety of assets on the Marketplace, it seems the issue has been resolved and I’m able to browse without issue on Firefox!
