Massive amounts of destruction and lag

What do you want to achieve?

I am currently working on a game structured around using cannons to completely level a city (more maps soon)

What is the issue?

At some point, lag will hit hard with over 15,000 parts planned. I hope the game will be able to be played on mobile, but I feel PC and Xbox may be the only two that can support it.

What solutions have you thought of so far?

I have tried to use StreamingEnabled and that’s about it. I also thought about splitting the Physics work with the Server, but from what I’ve heard, the Servers can only handle 4GB of RAM. The game, with all parts at rest, takes up 1GB worth. (Yes, I am pushing it with what Roblox servers can handle)

I am not sure about your lag issue, but I am not a fan of destroying whole cities… There has been past wars from America, and other countries that were devastating.

it’s more of a cartoon-like city, it’s not meant to be extremely realistic. It’ll just be a fun (full of hidden memes) place for people to battle it out with cannons.
