When managing the “Surpresa World” experience, we receive alerts that the experience may become unplayable after September 30 unless a content maturity label is applied. However, the Maturity & Compliance questionnaire is not available for this experience, so we cannot apply the required maturity label.
Attempt to fill the questionnaire, but it’s not available. Instead, I get the message “This feature is currently unavailable.”
Expected behavior
The Maturity & Compliance questionnaire should be available so we can enforce the correct maturity label and prevent the experience from being shut down. It’s currently working for all other experiences we own.
Do you own or have adequate permission to edit this experience? This error usually occurs if you have invalid permissions or your account doesn’t meet the requirements to complete the Maturity Questionnaire. Try accessing it through the owner’s account.
Hello! I already have the permission to edit the experience but yet I can’t access the Maturity & Compliance questionnaire… Is there an specific permission for that?
