Maturity survey results in a network error 500

Questionnaire does not work.

I noticed my game was not appearing on the continue section of the website. So, I went to do the questionnaire again, after getting to the last one and continuing. It gave me a Status Error 505. Expected behavior It’s been 3 days and the questionnaire still isn’t fixed.
