Hey, I don’t know if this is a glitch, but I have reached over 100 MAU (I have gotten over 100K MAU, in fact), but despite this, I still only have the Gold Crown of O’s from one of the last waves back in 2023 (or early 2024).

This definitely needs to be addressed. I have had 10M+ MAU on my game for 6 months, and before that I have had multiple games with 1M+ MAU over the course of multiple years.
In the past people were told to contact the devawards@roblox.com email. But tons and tons of people have reached out to it and not a single person has ever heard a response for years.
The official developer awards documentation page gives no information on when they give out crowns or what to do to get the ones you qualify for. It only mentions the tilt trophies and swag bags saying that Roblox will reach out to you.

devawards@roblox.com doesn’t even get responded to, and the actual support E-Mail for everything is automated of course
To my knowledge, crowns have been deprecated/not been handed out in a year or two now ever since people started selling them, and Roblox hasn’t cared enough to fix them since.
I also know that shortly before they stopped doing them I got a crown way above my stats/a crown I didn’t earn, so it’s clear they couldn’t care less about making sure it’s actually working to begin with.
+1, our experience Musical Chairs frequently reaches over 10M MAU month-by-month. Despite this, not a single member of our development team has been awarded the 10M crown.
Additionally, despite surpassing the 10K, 100K, 1M & 10M thresholds several times, I have not been awarded any Crown Of O’s beyond the 1K item in 2021. Despite attempts to outreach via support/the email, I’ve had no dice.
This has been a problem for many years now, and many developers have been complaining about it. You can see these threads here for examples:
This is simply not true as only the owner of the game gets the MAU crowns.
