Appeal Information
Want to appeal a ban? You have come to the right place! We believe in second chances. If you want to get back into the community, and you have stopped what you were banned for, you can appeal your ban. Please ensure you have met all of the requirements below before trying to appeal.
- Must have waited over a week after your ban/pban/blacklist was issued.
- Must be respectful about the situation & not start drama. Doing so will lead to an immediate decline of your appeal.
- Must be patient throughout the whole progress. Don’t expect us to immediately contact you.
- Must agree to follow all of our regulations.

Staff Intern Promotion Guide
Looking to get promoted to Staff Intern? You’re in the right place! Here we will provide tips that you can use to increase your chance of a promotion to Staff Intern. As a Lead Barista, you are expected to work very hard at the cafe in order to be noticed for intern.
As a Staff Intern, you are one step closer to joining our management team. You undergo an internship, and if you pass, you join our management team as a Staff Assistant. To become a Staff Intern, you are expected to work very hard at the cafe to be recognized by a Manager. Below we have provided some tips that you can use to guide you.
- Remain active
- Use grammar
- Remain professional
- Assist those that need it
- Participate in minigame shifts and/or normal shifts
- Be active on our communications server
- Be over the age of 13 (Required)

Customer | Rank Capacity: INF
Customers are regular group members. They have no requirements. Customers can apply for the rank of Trainee at our application center.
Noted Customer | Rank Capacity: INF
Noted Customers are former HRs and members that have contributed a lot to Mauvè. They can re-join our staff team by applying for Trainee at our application center.
Affiliate Representative | Rank Capacity: INF
Affiliate Representatives are representatives of our allied groups. They are responsible for announcing our events, applications, etc. Affiliate Representatives are respected within the community.
Trainee | Rank Capacity: INF
Trainee is our first LR rank. Trainees are expected to attend trainings and shifts. To get beyond the rank of Trainee, you must attend a training.
Junior Barista | Rank Capacity: INF
Junior Barista is our second LR rank. JBs are expected to attend trainings and shifts. To get beyond the rank of Junior Barista, you must attend a second training.
Barista | Rank Capacity: INF
Barista is our third LR rank. Baristas are expected to attend trainings and shifts. To get beyond the rank of Barista, you must attend a third training.
Lead Barista | Rank Capacity: INF
Lead Barista is our fourth and final LR rank. Lead Baristas are expected to attend shifts. To get beyond the rank of Lead Barista, you must work hard at the cafe to be noticed for Staff Intern.
Staff Intern | Rank Capacity: INF
Staff Intern is the first and only internship rank. They are not yet official MRs, and they must go through an internship to become official Staff Assistants. Staff Interns are expected to attend trainings and shifts. To get beyond the rank of Staff Intern, they must pass their internship.
Staff Assistant | Rank Capacity: 50
Staff Assistant is the first Management Team (MR) rank. They are official MRs. Staff Assistants are expected to assist at trainings, attend shifts, and remain active on our communications server. To get beyond the rank of Staff Assistant, they must exceed their requirements and remain active. Staff Assistants should be the first people you turn to in regards to trollers, rude customers, or disruptive staff.
Supervisor | Rank Capacity: 45
Supervisor is the second MR rank. Supervisors are expected to train at trainings, attend shifts, and remain active on our communications server. To get beyond the rank of Supervisor, they must exceed their requirements and remain active. Supervisors should be the second people you turn to in regards to trollers, rude customers, or disruptive staff.
Assistant Manager | Rank Capacity: 40
Assistant Manager is the third MR rank. Assistant Managers are expected to train/co-host at trainings, attend shifts, and remain active on our communications server. To get beyond the rank of Assistant Manager, they must exceed their requirements and remain active. Assistant Managers should be the third people you turn to in regards to trollers, rude customers, or disruptive staff. They should be the first people you turn to in regards to exploiters or LRs abusing their power.
Manager | Rank Capacity: 35
Manager is the fourth and final MR rank. Maangers are expected to host at trainings, attend shifts, and remain active on our communications server. To get beyond the rank of Manager, they must exceed their requirements and remain active. You should not go to them for anything that a Supervisor or below can handle. Instead, you can go to them as your second option in regards to exploiters or LRs abusing their power.
Corporate Assistant | Rank Capacity: 30
Corporate Assistant is the first HR rank. Corporate Assistants are responsible for completing departmnet tasks, completing weekly requirements, and mentoring our Staff Interns+ (if they are in Staff Management). To get beyond the rank of Corporate Assistant, they have to work very hard and exceed their requirements each week. They have to be noticed by a Corporate Director or above in order to be promoted to Corporate Officer. Please do not contact them for anything that a Manager or below can handle. You can contact a Corporate Assistant or above with affiliate inquiries (Public Relations), questions about the staff team (Staff Management), or if you notice any Management Team members abusing their power (Staff Management).
Corporate Officer | Rank Capacity: 4
Corporate Officer is the second HR rank. Corporate Officers are responsible for co-leading their department, assigning tasks, and working closely with the Corporate Directors of their department. They have to be noticed by a Vice President or above in order to be promoted. Corporate Officers should not be contacted about anything, unless it concerns their department and/or department memebrs.
Corporate Director | Rank Capacity: 4
Corporate Director is the third and final HR rank. Corporate Directors are responsible for leading their department, assigning tasks, working with the Corporate Officers, and working with the Presidential Team. They must be noticed by a President or above in order to be promoted. Corporate Directors should not be contacted about anything, unless it is an extreme situation within their department.
Vice President | Rank Capacity: 2
Vice President is the first Presidential rank. Vice Presidents are responsible for overseeing their previous department, working within the presidential team, and completing presidential duties. They must be noticed by the Co Owner or above in order to be promoted. Vice Presidents should not be contacted about anything, unless it is about a possible job opportunity for a developer, an investor, or something that the Presidential Team would handle.
President | Rank Capacity: 2
President is the second Presidential rank. Presidents are responsible for completing presidential duties, working with the owners, and giving tips for overseeing to the Vice Presidents. They must be noticed by the Co Owner or above in order to be promoted. Presidents should not be contacted about anything, unless it is about a possible job opportunity for a developer, an investor, or something that the Presidential Team would handle.
Co Owner | Rank Capacity: 1
Co Owner is the third Presidential rank. This rank is not obtainable, and is reserved for Mella (chaseatlanticgirl). The Co Owner’s duties are unknown to the public, however, she ensures that all operations are fuctional and that the group is running well. She should not be contacted for any reason, including pings. Please direct inquiries to a President or below.
Owner | Rank Capacity: 1
Owner is the fourth and final Presidential rank. This rank is not obtainable, and is reserved for Enea (cutestvar). The Owner’s duties are unknown to the public, however, he ensures that all operations are fuctional and the group is running well. He should not be contacted for any reason. Please direct inquiries to a President or below.
Affiliate Information
Here you can find all of the available information on partnering with Mauvè. Any questions can be directed to a member of our Public Relations department.
- Your group must have 20 non-botted Roblox group members
- Your group must have 25 non-botted Discord server members
- Your games must have concurrent players throughout the day. - Exceptions can be made for groups with games that are still in development. If this is the case, you are expected to have an active general chat and a welcoming community.
- Your group must have no history of selling ranks with administrative powers, or free-ranking users.
- Your representatives must be able to communicate with our Public Relations team frequently and keep updated on all of our announcements. They should be able to manage events and plan events. They should be willing to host alliance visits every few months.
- Your group must not be blacklisted/terminated from Mauvè or any of our partners.

Any and all questions should go to a Public Relations Department member. Please do not waste the Relations team’s time if you know that your group does not meet our requirements.
