Community Expectations

As a community [MCD]McDonald’s has expectations for all whether you are a Robloxian joining for the first time or [MCD] President. We hold all of the members who are visiting our store and other locations to high standards. We expect all community members regardless of rank to:

Be respectful to all community members
Have fun and enjoy store & events
Play with those they know
Not use profanity or offensive language or gestures
Report staff misconduct regardless of rank
Not Exploit
Not violate Roblox Terms of Service

Staff Expectations

As a community [MCD]McDonald’s has an expectation of it’s staff in order to ensure the best service is given to our overall community. It is our goal to ensure that our staff enjoy their experience working within our games as well as playing within as well. We expect our staff regardless of rank which means T|Staff in Training - P|President & CEO to:

Be respectful to community members
Be respectful to other staff members
Be professional while within our store location(s)
Help other staff members out when in need
Be active
Report staff misconduct regardless of rank
Have fun and enjoy store & events
Not use profanity or offensive language or gestures
Not Exploit
Not violate Roblox Terms of Service

Promotion Policy

[MCD]McDonald’s Promotion Policy

In order to be promoted at [MCD]McDonald’s you have to earn your promotion. This means that NO Free Ranks will be given and NO ranks will be sold. Everyone has to earn the position that they would like to achieve. This is to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and enjoy the experience. The community does not become toxic.

T|Staff In Training
is earned by passing Staff in Training Application
T|Grill Team
is earned by passing the in-store training for Grill Team
T|Service Team
is earned by passing the in-store training for Service Team
T|Crew Trainer
is earned based off of excellent service and time served on Grill Team or Service Team
M|Grill Manager
is earned by passing application for Manager and training for Grill Manager [Must be in Community Chat]
M|Service Manager
is earned by passing application for Manager and training for Service Manager [Must be in Community Chat]
M|Shift Manager
is earned by going above and beyond as a Grill or Service Manager and passing Shift Manager Training [Must be in Community Chat]
M|General Manager
is earned by going above and beyond as a Shift Manager and completing Shift Manger Training [Must be in Community Chat]
C|Area Supervisor
is earned by being a General Manager and going above and beyond once offered completing and passing Corporate Administrator Training
C|Chief Communication Officer
is appointed by the President & CEO & Vice President, however must have help Corporate Administrator Rank before being selected
C|Chief Operation Officer
is appointed by the President & CEO & Vice President, however must have help Corporate Administrator Rank before being selected
C|Chief Development Officer
is appointed by the President & CEO & Vice President, however must have help Corporate Administrator Rank before being selected
P|Vice President
is appointed by the President & CEO & Vice President
