High-performing crew members who show leadership potential.

4. Rules & Guidelines

General Conduct:

  • Treat everyone with respect
  • No trolling, exploiting, or inappropriate behavior
  • Follow Roblox Terms of Service
  • Follow McHen’s Terms of Service

In-Game Rules:

  • Always roleplay professionally when on duty
  • Wear the correct uniform
  • Do not abuse commands or tools
  • Stay in your assigned area during shifts

Communications/Group Chat Etiquette:

  • Use proper grammar and avoid spamming
  • Respect moderators and staff
  • Keep discussions appropriate and inclusive

5. Training Information

How Trainings Work: Trainings are held regularly by management to help staff improve their skills and earn promotions. Sessions include roleplay scenarios, quiz segments, and performance evaluations.

Training Schedule: Training times are posted in advance via announcements in our Discord server or group wall.

Crew Member: Takes orders, serves food, and assists customers in a professional manner.

Management: Oversees crew members, assists trainings, and ensures smooth gameplay operations.
