Member of group stuck in weird quasi-membership state

I have been having an issue when it comes to members joining a group. When they join their role stays as Guest and not what it is supposed to be when they join.

This just begun for me right now.

It shows username ARlANAGR6NDE as a guest but he joined the group. Now he cannot leave nor join it.

On the group page, it shows that he is in the proper rank, but in the admin window it does not. On their profile page, the group doesn’t appear at all. They are currently in 99 other groups.

It has happened to my ROBLOX Cafe group Nommy’s Café .

Just to add this is probably just a little delay. Don’t worry.

It isn’t a delay. It’s been like that for about 24 hours.

I’ve also tried to remove the user from the group but it didn’t work.

This happened to me. It took a few day’s now the are the default rank. So yeah

That will not work as they are sort of not in the group and in the group at the same time. I have encountered this before. It’s all well now.
