Memory Dump Error [URGENT] (Continuation)

Hello Roblox Forum,

I’ve decided to file a bug report since Roblox Player is not launching. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, deleting the Roblox file from the %localappdata%, and resetting my computer; none works. I’ve also tried repairing my computer by giving it to a tech (which was a bad idea since I spent money on it), and other tips and tricks I’ve heard.

Any help would be really appreciated :smile:

You’re using Bloxstrap in the video. Try using the ordinary Roblox Player before reporting bugs.

You should provide the crash/memory dump files in a PM to @bug-files, then link the message in your topic.

I worked around this by switching to the Microsoft Store version of Roblox. Not ideal, but it doesn’t crash.

Please reformat your bug report and send another one, following this guide!
As there is no reproduction steps/place file, microprofiler dumps, log/dump files or enough information overall for us to work with!
