MemoryStoreService erroring constantly with "Internal Error: Unknown Error" (and Configs not updating)

We are receiving “Internal Error: Unknown Error” from MemoryStoreService.

I should also note our configuration with the “Configs” feature is not being propagated to new servers. I do not know if this is related.

Same issue is here: MemoryStoreService errors since October 28th.

Thanks. Separately, is it possible to understand why we get PartitionRequestsOverLimit errors when we have Extended Services and are under budget?

Extended Services supports additional universe-wide request units and storage. It does not currently support increased partitions limits.

You are likely hitting partition limits without hitting your universe-wide request limit.
