Mesh Part when imported is not the correct size compared to the mesh part box

So currently I imported a mesh from Blender using the .fbx file format, and at 0.01 scale.

So the model above looks good in Blender, but the problems start in Roblox Studio.

When I import the fbx as multiple meshes, and no extra settings like “Rescale if too large”.
The model is almost perfect till I reach the doors.

The doors can be scaled down, but so does the mesh part box.
I tried all settings when importing, I completely remade the door model in Blender, twice.
I am completely lost, help will be greatly appreciated.
