Hello, Recently, my friend’s account (Roblox username: VucesDand) was permanently banned unfairly.
The reason is that he owns a game with approximately 3,000 players and has gained a number of enemies because of its popularity. One of these individuals created a game using my friend’s Roblox avatar, made it appear as though he was actually present in the game, and had the avatar perform inappropriate actions. They then submitted an Illegal Content (DSA) report against that game.
It appears that the moderator who reviewed the report mistakenly believed that my friend was actually present in the reported game, rather than recognizing that his avatar had been used without his permission. As a result, my friend’s Roblox account was permanently banned, even though he had no involvement whatsoever in creating or operating that game.
This type of false reporting and impersonation has happened to other Roblox users before and has become an increasingly common issue.
Expected behavior
