- Released service tunnels to the partizan team.

- Added a training server. Civilians+ can access it for trainings and only trainings. The server can be accessed from the main game.

- Service tunnels are now a thing! They can be used as shortcuts or as alternative ways if a tunnel is blocked by another faction. (currently available only for raiders, a service tunnel is in works for the partizan team too and will be released in the following days. (I am not lazy)
