Microsoft Code Successfully Redeemed but Reward Never Granted

Hello, I’m posting here because I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for nearly a year without any success, and I believe it may be an entitlement issue between Microsoft and Roblox. In July 2025, a family member gave me a code for the Trendy Tycoon Starter Pack promotion. I redeemed it through my Xbox/Microsoft account while logged into my Roblox account. The redemption completed successfully and Microsoft shows it as completed, but I never received the Trendy Tycoon digital item or the bonus Robux on my Roblox account. I have proof of the redemption, including the receipt, order history, original code, and other relevant information. I previously reported this issue here and provided Roblox staff with the information they requested privately, including the relevant code and Microsoft/order information, but unfortunately the issue still hasn’t been resolved after a month of waiting. I’ve also seen other players report similar problems with this promotion.

I’m sorry for posting about this again, and I don’t intend for this to come across as spam. I’m only trying again because the issue is still unresolved, and I’m really hoping someone can look into what happened with the entitlement and help get the missing Trendy Tycoon Starter Pack rewards added to my account. I’m happy to provide all of the information privately again if needed. Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

Expected behavior

I expect this issue to receive the proper attention and investigation needed to determine why the successfully redeemed rewards were never granted to my account, and if possible, have a staff member manually credit the missing Trendy Tycoon Starter Pack rewards to my account.

@vinceprince I’m sorry for pinging you. I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a year now, and I’m honestly out of options and not sure who else to turn to. I noticed you’ve been active helping people on the DevForum, so I wanted to kindly ask if you could take a look when you have a chance. I know the details are already explained in the post, and I’m not sure what you’re able to do, but any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Bro I just hit the one year mark for this issue too, I’m still fighting this war a little after a year. On the last post I already showed the roblox staff the order number and Microsoft code but still nothing

@nimniteshyamalan Sorry for pinging you directly. I noticed you’re a Roblox administrator and that you have the Trendy Tycoon bundle in your inventory, apparently granted this year. I have a Microsoft code for the bundle that successfully redeemed to my account, but I never received the bundle or bonus Robux on Roblox. Since you were able to get yours recently, I was wondering if you could tell me how you got it or possibly point me toward someone who can properly grant mine. I can provide proof of redemption and anything else needed. If there’s nothing you can personally do, I completely understand. I’ve just been trying to resolve this for over a year and I’m running out of options.
