Since 2023, we have strived to teach leadership skills and team working skills through working at an immersive role-play experience on the ROBLOX online platform. Join today!
🎮 Experience Guidelines
Everyone should enjoy their time role-playing here in Milańo, we hope. In order to assist us accomplish that, we have established rules that must always be adhered to in our game:
Always respect others, we want everyone to be treated how you would want to be treated. We understand making jokes with your friends sometimes, but don’t go overboard to where it makes others uncomfortable.
We do not tolerate discrimination under any circumstances. Discriminating people based on their race, identity, or religion is not permitted.
Trolling is not permitted and will result in removals from the server you’re in and can lead up to a permanent ban from our experiences. You will receive a verbal warning prior to moderation action being taken.
Self advertising is not permitted under any circumstances. Unless it is one of our affiliates or you have been given explicit permission from corporate, do not advertise.
Follow Roblox Terms of Use at all times, breaching any rules will result in a permanent ban from our community as well as your account reported to Roblox. More information can be found here.

Partnering with us can offer great benefits for our partners and us. However, we have requirements in place to make sure that we can make a positive impact on both communities!
Partnership Requirements

The group is required to have a good standing in the Roblox community as well as ensure that all administrative employees are in good standing.

The group must have a communications server along with a functioning Roblox group without any fraudulent members.

The group is required to have a minimum of one representative and a maximum of three.

The group is accountable for all issues that occur internally and Milańo is not required to accommodate said issues, however if assistance is needed, feel free to reach out.

The group must be willing to announce Milańo events and important announcements by request of our representative.
If you meet those requirements, join our communications server which can be found linked at the top of the handbook and open a support ticket in the partner interest category.

📋 Training Schedule
Here at Milańo our management team hosts immersive training sessions to teach players how to work as a staff member in the role-play experience. We host trainings at the convenience of our management team along with our Trainees, however due to it being player led we can’t host them at all times. To see our sessions times, check below:

💡 Management Intern Guide
Interested in joining our management team? Here is what we’re looking for before you apply or work to be noticed:
You are required to be active as a staff member in our restaurant and our community server.
Your Roblox account can’t have safe chat enabled and you must be at least 13 years of age as of the time of becoming a Management Intern.
You are required to use grammar in-game when working, this shows us that you are professional and are able to display a good image for our management team.
You must have a healthy reputation in the Roblox role-play business industry and must be in good standing with all of our business partners.
😡 Punishment Appeals
Have you recently been permanently banned from one of our experiences? Have you been removed from our community discord? If you believe that you deserve a second chance or you were falsely punished, fill out the application below and we’ll check it as soon as possible. Once a verdict has been reached, you will be contacted via the Roblox account you provide.
