Milkco Public Handbook
Here at milkco we want to provide a very safe, and welcoming community for our members. We plan to strive within the clothing and/or gameshow industry, and are ready to reach many milestones with our community. In order to be able to keep our community safe and welcoming we will be putting important rules in place.
Milkco is apart of the clothing and/or gameshow industry here within the ROBLOX platform, and we plan and continue to strive within it. We want to be able to give you a unique experience that some groups fail to do. We provide clothing, and fun and friendly gameshow’s and/or gamenights with our members!
Important Information
Code of Conduct
The following information, will be regarding our Code of Conduct. Please make sure to read these important rules that we require here at milkco. Thank you for reading this handbook, and we hope you have fun within our group!
- Common Sense
Here at milkco we would appreciate all of our members using common sense. If you know you are about to break a rule please don’t do it, as it will result in a serious consequence. If any of our community members see anyone breaking rules please report it to a staff member.
- Profanity
Within milkco’s communications server you are however allowed to use profanity, but please use it in a polite way. As we are a clothing group we could have some younger members within our discord and roblox group. Please do not use profanity when speaking to others, as they might take it the wrong way. If being disrespectful to one of our staff or members there will be serious consequences given.
- Respect
When you are within the discord and in any roblox game, we would like all of our members and staff to be respectful to others. If caught not being respectful to other members will result in a serious consequence, please keep in mind they don’t know if you’re joking around or not.
- Advertising
We do not accept any form of advertising within milkco’s communications server. Any such form of advertising will result in an immediate ban from our communications server, which you may appeal within the ban appeal form.
- Trolling and/or Exploiting
When at milkco you may NEVER troll or exploit in any of our games, or things we own. When being caught trolling you will be asked to stop only once, if caught doing it more after being asked to stop you will be banned from the server. If caught exploiting this will result in an immediate ban from the server which is not appealable.
- Spamming
We will not tolerate any type of spamming within roblox, and our communications server. If caught spamming you will be given a warning which will be appealable.
- Bullying and/or Harassment
If caught doing any of these things you will be banned immediately and it will not be appealable. We will NOT tolerate any type of this.
Rank Guidelines
- President
The President of the group is the owner and overseer of the whole group, and will deal with all departments and all staff. The President will make sure that everything is in place, and everyone including staff is following all the rules. The President will be working with the Senior Leadership Team to insure the happiness of our members.
- Vice-President
The Vice-President of the group will have a designated department that they will be able to oversee and direct. The Vice-President will also oversee the group and make sure everyone is following the rules.
- Presidential Assistant
The Presidential Assistant will be assisting our Senior Leadership ranks, and will also be helping out with the departments. Our Presidential Assistants will help and make sure that all of our members and staff are following the rules, and will read over reports.
- Executive Director
The Executive Director will be co-leading a department and will make sure those department officers are following their task, and weekly requirements. They will also look over the roblox and discord community, and make sure everything is staying calm, and everyone is being respectful.
- Correlations Director
The Correlations Director will be the director of the correlations department, and will make sure the department is well run and is doing everything it needs to. Will make sure that the department officers meet their requirements, and will deal with ally events.
- Marketing Director
The Marketing Director will look over our designers and make sure they are being paid and is making sure that they are meeting their requirements and will be in charge of hiring our designers including our GFX artist.
- Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director will look over our staff members, and make sure they are looking for our discord server and roblox games. And making sure we hire the appropriate staff that we need within our group.
- Board of Executives
Our Board of Executives will be within a certain department and will be managing that department along with the higher ranks. Our Board is also a part of looking over the discord server and making sure everyone is following the rules. More information will be given when you are hired.
Appeals
The following appeals are things you can appeal for within our group, please make sure you fill out the correct application when appealing.
Alliance Information
REQUIREMENTS
This will be the requirements that your group must meet in order to become one of our allies.
- Must have at least 50+ group members.
- Must have a professional & well set up discord.
- You must have a designated channel to announce milkco events that we have.
- Must be able to have events with our group.
- Be able to have at least 2+ representatives from your server to come to ours.
- Must be active and somewhat be able to grow.
- Must be professional, and mature at all times in our discord server and yours.
