i know its been a hot minute. no, this project isnt dead, ive just gotten really, REALLY busy since the last one (i cant even list everything ive been doing with my fingers)
ive gotten back into working on it as some stuff has cleared up but not a whole lot of progress, because at the same time i was working on my actual 3d modelling skills

another complete Fultynn Peninsula remaster because i have no clue at this point. (also the yellow is gonna be the airport. the green is gonna be an oil refinery)
port additions. i want this city to be focused on port infrastructure, so im pushing for something more like Europoort Rotterdam or the giant crazy ports in China. according to lore (yea theres lore i wont go too much into it) this city is the “largest port on the eastern seaboard” for a multitude of reasons.

this section by the cruise terminals. still need to finish the buildings, paint, and figure out how to make the cruise terminal actually work (going to be similar to the one in Miami)
this section to the west of old downtown. this section is pretty huge so im not exactly sure how long itll take.
starting to decorate any large or tall buildings as i go along because it looks way better than just having blocks instead.

trying to get back into this but im still pretty busy. plus i have a worldbuilding project alongside this which isnt too related to development so i wont go into too much detail
