Missing Group Clothing Revenue – Sold for 0 Robux Bug

Hello Roblox team and fellow developers,

I’m experiencing a major issue with group clothing sales not paying out the correct Robux amount. For the past few weeks, my group’s sales have been showing “Sold for 0 Robux” in the Group Revenue → Sales tab — even though every item is clearly listed at 5 Robux on the item page.

  • Each shirt and pants item is priced at 5 Robux.
  • Buyers are charged correctly (the purchase goes through).
  • But in Group Revenue, every sale line says “0 Robux” earned.
  • I currently have 13 pages of sales, each with 10 items, all showing 0 Robux.
  • That’s around 390 Robux missing in total (3 Robux × 130 sales).

I’ve attached multiple screenshots showing:

  • The sales history with 0 Robux entries.
  • The clothing item pages clearly priced at 5 Robux.

I’ve Tried Double checked prices and settings — everything is correct.
Waited a few days to see if pending Robux would update — they haven’t.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a way to fix it?

Thank you for taking the time to look into this — I wanted to share this publicly in case other developers are experiencing the same issue.

In your group, there’s a recurring payout, which basically means the group’s revenue is being split among members. If you set up the entire amount for channels outside the group, the group won’t earn anything, all the Robux will go to those channels instead.

You can check which accounts the funds are flowing to through this link. If you can’t access it, just go to your group in the Creator Hub, then open Finances → Payouts → Splits. There, you’ll see which accounts are getting a cut, and the Robux for those splits will show up as pending in their account’s transactions under the Community Payouts section.

If you want all the Robux to stay in the group, you’ll need to adjust the revenue split so that all (or part) of it goes to the group instead. To do that, just click the little trash icon next to the user you want to remove or lower their percentage:

Hey, just wanted to update you — I figured out the problem!

It wasn’t actually a Roblox bug. I had a group revenue split set to 100% for my own account, which made it look like my group wasn’t earning any Robux. Once I fixed the split, the revenue showed up properly.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to help me out though, really appreciate it!
