I am not sure if anyone else has this problem or not, I have been searching but couldn’t find anything, but when i export my mesh into roblox, it has missing vertices, or something missing or off. How do I fix that?
If the mesh is in blender, in edit mode press Shift + N to recalculate normals.

when i do that, am I supposed to click “inside”
I don’t think so, but if it doesn’t work try it with that option enabled
