Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions segment! In this section, you will find inquiries that are frequently asked throughout all platforms of Mix’d. We have decided to compose this section to make all of the common questions asked known. If you still have any questions regarding Mix’d after reading this entire section, do not fret to ask any Presidential Team member your inquiry.
[Q1] How do I work here at Mix’d?
To start a career here at Mix’d, it’s quite simple! First, you must go to the Application Center and take the Trainee Quiz. The quiz will disperse questions regarding Mix’d and our regulations. If you’d like to get some assistance throughout the quiz, we highly recommend you go through our handbook as it has all the related information you need to know about our group. If you successfully pass the quiz, you will automatically be ranked to Trainee.
[Q2] I just got Trainee, what do I do?
First and foremost, congratulations on your promotion to Trainee! We welcome you to Mix’d’s Staff Team with open arms. To prepare you for your barista career at Mix’d, we host training sessions that provide you general knowledge and assistance on how to work at Mix’d Cafe authentically. Our kitchen process is composed of complex machines, hence why Trainees are not granted access to the kitchen. If you believe you’re ready to work behind the counter and serve our customers, then you must attend and successfully pass a training.
[Q3] I want to ally with Mix’d, how do I do that?
Mix’d’s Public Relations Department shows much gratitude and appreciation for all the companies who desire to ally with Mix’d. Although we truly adore receiving a lot of ally requests, there is a certain process you must follow to possibly ally with Mix’d. We recommend you go back to our handbook and review the Affiliate Requirements to ally with Mix’d. If your company fulfills all the requirements, then we ask you to create a Google Document withholding the Affiliate Application which can also be found in the handbook. Once you’ve written and responded to all of the questions, make sure to send your application to a Public Relations member. It will then be forwarded to the Public Relations Department where your application will enter the review stage. You will shortly be delivered your results within 3-5 days.
[Q4] An individual is breaking the rules, what do I do?
If there’s ever a time where an admin is not in-game, we recommend you get ahold of a Cafe Assistant+ or an individual within the Moderation Team. Shortly after, an admin will enter the game and assist you.
[Q5] I have safechat, am I allowed to work here?
Unfortunately, we do not allow individuals to obtain Trainee if they have safechat. If you have safechat, you aren’t able to see most of the communication happening between individuals due to Roblox’s Chat Filter System. We want our staff members to be able to properly read the entirety of messages sent by our customers, hence why we have prohibited our workers to have it. We sincerely apologize if this causes any inconveniences.
Blacklist/Restriction Appeal
Welcome to the Blacklist/Restriction Appeal Information segment! In this section, you will find the questionnaire you must take to get your restriction or blacklist revoked. If you have been restricted, it means you’re not allowed to obtain any staff position. If you have been blacklisted, it means you’re globally prohibited from all platforms/facilities. At Mix’d, we strongly value giving second chances to individuals. If we believe you won’t repeat the same prohibited actions by looking at your responses to our questionnaire, then we will revoke whatever type of consequence you currently have. Therefore, we simply ask you to utilize grammar and elaborate your responses to ensure your succession. Once you complete the questionnaire, we ask you to forward it to any member of the Internal Management Department.
Blacklist Appeal
- What is your Roblox username and Discord username?
- Do you know why you have been blacklisted? If so, please provide the reason.
- If we were to unblacklist you, what are some things you could do to prevent this from happening again?
- Why do you want to be unblacklisted from Mix’d?
- Do you understand that at any time in the future, we have the absolute right to blacklist you once again? Trying to appeal it will become more difficult in your favor.
Restriction Appeal
- What is your Roblox username and Discord username?
- Do you know why you have been restricted? If so, please provide the reason.
- If we were to revoke your restriction, what are some things you could do to prevent this from happening again?

LOW & MIDDLE RANK INFORMATION
Code of Conduct & Behavioral Information
Welcome to the Code of Conduct & Behavioral Information segment! In this section, you will find most of our regulations that correspond to the entirety of Mix’d. Some regulations only apply to our facilities and some apply to our Discord server. However, this document was composed so everyone has a general idea of what our rules are and the specifications on them as well. If you, unfortunately, fail to abide by the following regulations, consequences will be dispersed to you accordingly.
Respectfulness
Being respectful to the entirety of our community is extremely important here at Mix’d. Not only that, but it’s immensely enforced fluently across all of our platforms. We value the interests of our customers, which we’d also like our community to do the same as well. If you don’t have anything kind to say, we recommend you refrain from saying it at all.
Behavior
The Presidential Team’s priority goal is to enhance the community’s experience abroad all of our facilities and platforms. We’d like to create a company that’s composed of hardworking and mature individuals - although this primarily applies to our staff team. We would like our customers to be mature which is why we ask you to not send any threats, discrimination, insults, or to encourage prohibited behavior.
Attire
Certain types of clothing are prohibited from being worn across all Mix’d facilities. We have created this rule to ensure our facilities are composed of professional aspects overall. Our customers do play an important part in this. We simply ask you do not wear any inappropriate clothing [shirt, t-shirt, or pants], this additionally indicates that you are not allowed to wear absolutely nothing at all - we simply ask you to wear some sort of clothing.
Professionalism
While being present within all of our facilities, we ask you to be professional and use grammar at all times. Please do acknowledge that you’re representing Mix’d 24/7, if you were to ever display immaturity, it would severely ruin our group’s professional reputation. Hence why we have decided to implement this rule. Please note that in the Discord server, you’re not required to utilize grammar - please make sure to remain professional at all times.
Consequential Procedure
At Mix’d, there will come a time where an individual has violated our rules. If this ever occurred, you must follow this procedure efficiently. The following list will provide how to handle every situation possible. However, if there’s something that isn’t listed, feel free to ask a Presidential Team member to confirm how to handle a certain situation properly.
- Disruptive, trolling, or rude customers. [Warn > kick > if they return and continue, ban.]
- Exploiters or glitchers. [Exploiters: pban | Glitchers: ban]
- Raiders. [Ban]
Low Rank Point System
Welcome to the Low Rank Point System segment! In this section, you will find information regarding the barista promotion process. This process is pretty complex, but hopefully, this section will clear all of the common confusion occurring. After you successfully pass one training session, you will be able to obtain Barista and Senior Barista through cafe activity. Below, you can find all of the requirements you must meet to obtain the next available rank above your current rank. Once you do meet the requirements, go to the cafe and state !rankup and you will shortly be provided your new rank.

Senior Barista Recommendation Information
Welcome to the Senior Barista Recommendation Information segment! In this section, you will find useful information that will utterly be resourceful if you’re interested in being apart of the Middle Rank Team. This segment will only serve as a reference for general information you can read on how to earn the position. It’s completely up to you whether you do obtain it or not. To have grander chances, please make sure to thoroughly review this entire segment.
General Tips
Exemplifying your best overall behavior will highly increase your chances. This includes utilizing grammar and displaying professionalism at all times.
Being cooperative with your peers and our customers will set a good image for yourself. When we scout for possible new employees, we look for individuals who have a good image set for themselves.
Being able to perform all of your barista duties quickly and efficiently will be noticed from Internal Management members when they supervise.
Any type of hinting towards a promotion will automatically disqualify you from receiving a Middle Rank position. You might even possibly get restricted/demoted.
Consistent activity daily is crucial, we recommend you spend time at the cafe persistently.
Showing qualities that generally views you as an individual eager for a promotion is additionally recommended. If you display dedication, professionalism, respect, and activity, your chances will abundantly increase.
AFFILIATE INFORMATION
Affiliate Requirements
Welcome to the Affiliate Requirements segment! In this section, you will find the crucial information on our requirements regarding creating an affiliation! This document has most of the common information you need to know, however, not all. If you end up looking through all of the information regarding the affiliate information and still don’t find your concern, you may direct yourself to a member of the Presidential Team.
[1] Your group must have about 500, non-botted group members. It must also have a respectful amount of staff members for moderation purposes.
[2] Your group must not be involved in any feud with us, or any group at all. We do not affiliate with groups who are in drama or have a bad reputation.
[3] Your group must agree to follow our Code of Conduct, along with any other consequence-based documents that you may have read. Failure to comply with any regulations will result in an affiliation termination, and possibly, a blacklist.
[4] Your staff cannot troll at any facilities that we own, this will definitely result in an affiliate termination. Depending on the severity, possibly even a blacklist too.
[5] If your group can possibly harm us in any way, we will not be able to affiliate; this can also include unprofessionalism or disrespect.
[6] Your group must have an organized, professional, and active communications server. We highly suggest you have your informative channels ready if you want to increase your chances.

General Tips
✦ We highly encourage you to add a minimum of two to three paragraphs per question. Include detail, grammar, and creativity!
✦ Don’t ask for your application to be read; wait a minimum of 3-5 days for the Public Relations department to read it. If you constantly ask us, we will have no further choice but to blacklist you from applying.
✦ Make sure your application is on a Google Document. Formatting it in a friendly and organized matter can also increase your chances plus make you look more interested.
✦ Be sure to have your Discord and ROBLOX group organized. Everything should be at its place and not in an unorganized way.
✦ Remember that we don’t only look at your application, we look at your group, staff, and overall organization. For example, your application could be fantastic, but if your staff are unprofessional, that does make things a bit chaotic and difficult.
✦ Bear in mind that you shouldn’t apply every time you fail, we have a set limit which is 5 days. For example, if you failed once, you need to wait a minimum of 5 days to re-apply again.

Welcome to the Affiliate Frequently Asked Questions segment! In this section, you will find all the necessary questions that are frequently asked by our affiliates. Although there are some questions displayed below, not all of them are shown. Therefore, if you have any questions you may want to ask after reading this entire section, do not fret to inform a Public Relations member about your inquiry.
[Q1] There is a staff member from Mix’d violating our guidelines, what should I do?
First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize for that. Although it isn’t common where a staff member from Mix’d were to troll at another company, there is a possibility of it occurring. If this were the case, we need evidence of our employee trolling. The more evidence you have the easier it will be to issue a consequence to that individual.
[Q2] Our group would like to host an event with our affiliate, Mix’d. What should we do?
Mix’d’s Public Relations Department is absolutely elated to hear that! We are super excited to possibly plan an event with you. If you would like to include Mix’d into an event at your group, we ask that you get ahold of the current Vice President of Public Relations. We will then go through much discussion and consideration if we would like to host this event with you.
[Q3] Our group wants Mix’d to announce our event, who do we get ahold of?
Mix’d’s Public Relations Department has constructed a mandatory Representatives List that consists of each member representing at each of our affiliates. We recommend you first get in contact with one of our representatives at your group to announce your event. If they don’t get back to you soon, your last resort should be going to any online Public Relations member.
