Feel free to join the Mixeriez group in order to become a worker at Mixeriez.

Session Rules and Policies
To ensure the maximum security and fun at a Mixeriez training session, rules and policies are put in place. Breaking any of the rules at a session can and may result in your demotion from your position. Middle Rank staff have the final say in situations, and failing to abide by their requests is an offence.

  • [1] All players are required to use proper grammatical practice. From when an admin teleports you to your station, to when that same admin dismisses you, correct English grammar is mandatory. Failing to follow this command will result in your removal from the training session.

  • [2] All players must treat any member cohorts with respect. Showing kindness and decency to the assisting admins, and your fellow trainees, will benefit you later on in the session. Rebelling this rule will result in your removal from the session, and a possible demotion.

  • [3] Roaming around the facility or arriving idle will not be allowed at any times during the session. Upon joining, you’re expected to take a seat in the lobby, and wait until directed otherwise. If you cease to follow this rule, you will be removed from the session at any given time.

  • [4] Please avoid going idle during the entirety of the commencing concourse. If you need to go AFK (Away From Keyboard), you must inform your group trainer immediately. You can expect dismissal from the session if inactive without approval.

  • [5] Trolling, boasting, or any infantile actions at the Training Center, or all Mixeriez facilities for that matter, will result in a demotion. Please keep your conversations related to the ongoing session, and make sure you’re remaining professional at all times.

  • [6] If you fail the session, do not proceed an argument with the trainer of your group. Take it as a lesson learned, and use the acquired teachings to better your knowledge for future attempts.

Point Requirements & Passing Tips
To ensure that you’re passed correctly, you must reach a certain amount of points in the session. Awaiting Training members becoming Cashiers must obtain 7/12 points. Cashiers whom aspire to become Chefs must acquire 9/12, and Chefs hoping to become Professionals must get a total of 12/12 points. Players who earn the Professional rank can begin being upvoted as a candidate for the Training Assistant position.

To pass with flying colors, we suggest maintaining a positive attitude throughout the session. It’s important that you listen to everything that your trainer tells you, as it will later become relevant to you. You may desire to make notes within this session, which is why you have a super handy “!notepad” command for easy access. Note that all the attending trainers are there to help you.

We have a recipe guide that will be attached below for users to refer to during the session. It’s advised that you use them until mastery, else you may not succeed to the best of your ability.

Assistant Managers and above can promote at training sessions, and therefore will finalize the decision of if you have passed or not. If you believe you were wrongfully failed, or weren’t promoted when you passed, you may contact any Assistant Manager or above with evidence.
